1. CONTRACT & AGREEMENT
These terms apply to all purchases made through 1V1 LONDON. By placing an order, you confirm you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Complaints can be submitted via email to legal@1v1london.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and resolve all issues within 14 days of receipt.
3. SHIPPING
Free UK Mainland shipping as standard; international delivery available on request.
• UK Mainland delivery: 1-3 working days
• International delivery: 7-14 working days (subject to customs clearance)
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
1V1 LONDON operates a closed-loop return system. For the security of our GIA-certified pieces, we do not accept unsolicited mail. Please use the form below to request a Secure Logistics Pack and insured shipping instructions.
• Faulty or damaged items: 30-day returns policy for full refund or replacement
• Custom/bespoke pieces: Non-returnable unless faulty (in line with UK consumer rights)
• 14-day cooling-off period applies to non-custom items (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015)
5. COMPLIANCE
All jewellery is approved by the Edinburgh Assay Office (Ref: A338064) and complies with UK consumer protection laws.
