1. CONTRACT & AGREEMENT

These terms apply to all purchases made through 1V1 LONDON. By placing an order, you confirm you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Complaints can be submitted via email to legal@1v1london.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and resolve all issues within 14 days of receipt.

3. SHIPPING

• UK Mainland: Free shipping as standard (1-3 working days).

• United States: Fast-track delivery (3-6 business days). All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). 1V1 LONDON absorbs all import tariffs and customs fees; the price at checkout is final.

• Other International: Available on request (7-14 working days).

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

• 1V1 LONDON operates a closed-loop return system. For the security of our GIA-certified pieces, we do not accept unsolicited mail. Please use the form below to request a Secure Logistics Pack and insured shipping instructions.

• Faulty or damaged items: 30-day returns policy for full refund or replacement.

• Custom/bespoke pieces: Non-returnable unless faulty (in line with UK consumer rights).

• 14-day cooling-off period: Applies to non-custom items (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015). Please note: For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

5. COMPLIANCE

All jewellery is approved by the Edinburgh Assay Office (Ref: A338064) and complies with UK consumer protection laws.
